You'll then settle in comfortably, lying down or seated, while I guide you through breathwork and a meditation shaped around your intention. Whether you're looking to rest, reset, ground yourself, or reconnect with your inner knowing, you'll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more rooted. No experience needed.
